What it does
Physics3DHingeJointMotorIsEnabled sets HingeJointMotorIsEnabled on a 3DPhysics object. It takes jointID (an integer) and isEnabled (an integer), and returns nothing. jointID is the id of a Joint object, obtained elsewhere in the 3DPhysics family.
