What it does
PlayObjectAnimation makes something happen at once: it plays. It takes objectID (an integer), animationName (a string), startTime (a float), endTime (a float), loop (an integer) and tweenTime (a float), and returns nothing. objectID is the id of a 3D object, the one LoadObject returned: it is how the call knows what to act on.
