TweenCharTime

What it does

TweenCharTime takes tweenID (an integer), textID (an integer) and charID (an integer), and answers a float. tweenID is the id of a Tween object, obtained elsewhere in the Tweening family.

CreateTweenChar and CreateTweenText are there to give the call something to act on; TweenCharTime is the line that matters. The DO … LOOP is not decoration: a classic BASIC program ends the moment it runs out of lines, and Sync() is what draws the frame.
