What it does
TextCharColor sets CharColor on a Text object. It takes iTextIndex (an integer), iCharIndex (an integer), red (an integer), green (an integer), blue (an integer) and alpha (an integer), and returns nothing. iTextIndex is the id of a Text object, the one CreateText returned: it is how the call knows what to act on.
