What it does
MeshMemblockVertexPosition writes to a Memblock object: it sets rather than reads. It takes memID (an integer), vertexIndex (an integer), x (a float), y (a float) and z (a float), and returns nothing. memID is the id of a memblock, the one CreateMemblock returned: it is how the call knows what to act on.
