What it does
MeshMemblockVertexColor writes to a Memblock object: it sets rather than reads. It takes memID (an integer), vertexIndex (an integer), red (an integer), green (an integer), blue (an integer) and alpha (an integer), and returns nothing. memID is the id of a memblock, the one CreateMemblock returned: it is how the call knows what to act on.
