What it does
ObjectUVOffset writes to a 3D object: it sets rather than reads. It takes objectID (an integer), textureStage (an integer), offsetU (a float) and offsetV (a float), and returns nothing. objectID is the id of a 3D object, the one LoadObject returned: it is how the call knows what to act on.
