TextFontSet

Family: Text · One form

What it does

TextFontSet takes textID (an integer) and fontID (an integer), and returns nothing. textID is the id of a Text object, the one CreateText returned: it is how the call knows what to act on.

Syntax

TextFontSet(textID integer, fontID integer)

Parameters

NameType
textIDinteger
fontIDinteger

Every form returns

nothing

Example · generated

text = CreateText("hello")font = LoadFont("assets/font.ttf")TextFontSet(text, font)DO  Sync()LOOP

CreateText and LoadFont are there to give the call something to act on; TextFontSet is the line that matters. The DO … LOOP is not decoration: a classic BASIC program ends the moment it runs out of lines, and Sync() is what draws the frame.
