AddNetworkMessageInteger

What it does

AddNetworkMessageInteger writes to a Multiplayer object: it adds rather than reads. It takes iMsgID (an integer) and value (an integer), and returns nothing. iMsgID is the id of a Msg object, obtained elsewhere in the Multiplayer family.
