SortArray

Family: Sort · 2 forms

What it does

SortArray writes a value: it sorts rather than reads. It takes array (a void) and options (an integer), and returns nothing. That is the first of 2 forms.

Syntax

1
SortArray(array void, options integer)
2
SortArray(array void, options integer, start integer, end integer)

Parameters

NameTypeIn forms
arrayvoidall
optionsintegerall
startinteger2
endinteger2

Every form returns

nothing

Example · generated

Form 1, the short one

SortArray(0, 1)DO  Sync()LOOP

Form 2, with every argument

SortArray(0, 1, 1, 1)DO  Sync()LOOP

SortArray is called with values of the types its signature asks for. The DO … LOOP is not decoration: a classic BASIC program ends the moment it runs out of lines, and Sync() is what draws the frame.
