AddNetworkMessageFloat

What it does

AddNetworkMessageFloat writes to a Multiplayer object: it adds rather than reads. It takes iMsgID (an integer) and value (a float), and returns nothing. iMsgID is the id of a Msg object, obtained elsewhere in the Multiplayer family.
