DeleteTween

Family: Tweening · One form

What it does

DeleteTween removes a Tweening object: after it, the id names nothing. It takes tweenID (an integer), and returns nothing. tweenID is the id of a Tween object, obtained elsewhere in the Tweening family.

Syntax

DeleteTween(tweenID integer)

Parameters

NameType
tweenIDinteger

Every form returns

nothing

Example · generated

tween = CreateTweenText(1.0)DeleteTween(tween)DO  Sync()LOOP

CreateTweenText is there to give the call something to act on; DeleteTween is the line that matters. The DO … LOOP is not decoration: a classic BASIC program ends the moment it runs out of lines, and Sync() is what draws the frame.
