What it does
AddTweenChainSprite writes to a Tweening object: it adds rather than reads. It takes chainID (an integer), tweenID (an integer), spriteID (an integer) and delay (a float), and returns nothing. chainID is the id of a Chain object, obtained elsewhere in the Tweening family.
