What it does
Physics3DJointConeTwistLimits sets JointConeTwistLimits on a 3DPhysics object. It takes jointID (an integer), swingSpan1 (a float), swingSpan2 (a float) and twistSpan (a float), and returns nothing. jointID is the id of a Joint object, obtained elsewhere in the 3DPhysics family.
