AddZipEntry

Family: File · One form

What it does

AddZipEntry writes a value: it adds rather than reads. It takes zipID (an integer), path (a string) and zipPath (a string), and returns nothing. zipID is the id of a Zip object, the one CreateZip returned: it is how the call knows what to act on.

Syntax

AddZipEntry(zipID integer, path string, zipPath string)

Parameters

NameType
zipIDinteger
pathstring
zipPathstring

Every form returns

nothing

Example · generated

zip = CreateZip("assets/data.dat")AddZipEntry(zip, "assets/data.dat", "assets/data.dat")DO  Sync()LOOP

CreateZip is there to give the call something to act on; AddZipEntry is the line that matters. The DO … LOOP is not decoration: a classic BASIC program ends the moment it runs out of lines, and Sync() is what draws the frame.
